Sacred clay is like an sponge for toxins, soak in a bath full of water with a 2-1 ratio of sacred clay and black beauty for up to an hour. You may reuse the bath water, by reheating again, or pour the water into your garden soil for a thriving and enriched plant fertilizer. You can also make a thick poultice for a concentrated area to soak up pain or discomfort as well as mix with water for a softening facial or body masks.

The Black Beauty is a more concentrated stimulating clay that may cause tingling due to the magnesium. Magnesium is the number one most important mineral lacking when we are experiencing body pain. Soaking in magnesium will relieve the stresses and lactic acid, allowing the body to re-alkaline.

As a facial, foot poultice or clay pack, reduce the proportion of Black Beauty to 16 parts Sacred Clay to 1 part Black Beauty (1/3 cup SC to 1 teaspoon BB).
